1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of moneyprotects.com, its sub-domains, the Money Protects App, OptimizerAI, the MONIDR AI platform, the Knowledge Centre, our private client and investor portals, the careers portal and any other digital service we operate (together, the "Platforms"). By accessing or using any Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Trade Marks & Intellectual Property Rights Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platforms.

These Terms apply to website use only. The provision of any financial service is governed by a separate written Client Agreement and product documentation, which prevail over these Terms in the event of conflict.

2. Who We Are

The Platforms are operated by Money Protects Capital Limited ("MPCL", "we", "us", "our"), a firm regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DFSA Regulated · DIFC · Category 3C License #7741), registered office Office P5-10, Damac Park Towers, Tower A, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Certain pages relate to our group entities Money Protects Financial Services L.L.C (UAE) and Money Protects India Private Limited (India), each of which operates within its own licence and jurisdiction as described in our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility and Professional Clients

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to use the Platforms. Our regulated products — MESP — Mortgage EMI Sleeping Period™, ERDR — Equity Release–Double Rental™ and FEFL — Fixed EMI for Life™ — are DFSA-approved products under MPCL's approved Regulatory Business Model and are available only to persons who qualify as Professional Clients under DFSA Rules. Client classification is carried out during the application process. Nothing on the Platforms is directed at Retail Clients or at any person in a jurisdiction where access would be unlawful, and you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. No Offer or Advice

Content on the Platforms is for general information only and is not an offer, solicitation, recommendation or advice of any kind. No client relationship arises from your use of the Platforms. See our Disclaimer for the full regulatory disclosure and risk warnings, which form part of these Terms.

5. Licence to Use the Platforms and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platforms and to view and download Content for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of our services, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. All intellectual property in the Platforms and Content — including trade marks, product names and structures, software, AI systems, text, graphics, video, audio and design — belongs to MPCL or its licensors. Permitted and prohibited uses, brand guidelines and our infringement-reporting procedure are set out in our Trade Marks & Intellectual Property Rights Policy, which forms part of these Terms. No other rights are granted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to attempt or assist others to:

• use the Platforms for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose, or in breach of any applicable law, regulation or sanction;
• access, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system, network or account without authorisation, or circumvent any authentication or security measure;
• introduce malware, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on, interferes with, or disrupts the Platforms or their infrastructure;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror or bulk-download Content or data, or use any automated tool, bot or AI agent to extract Content, other than search engines indexing public pages in accordance with our robots directives;
• use Content or tool outputs to train, fine-tune or benchmark any machine-learning model;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or derive the source code, models, prompts or logic of any software or AI system;
• impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with us, or submit false or incomplete information;
• upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, confidential to a third party, or otherwise objectionable;
• frame or embed the Platforms, or use our marks or Content, in any way not permitted by our IP Policy; or
• share access credentials, passcodes or one-time codes, or access any private area you are not authorised to use.

We may investigate suspected breaches and cooperate with regulators and law enforcement. Breaches may result in civil or criminal liability.

7. Accounts, Private Portals and Security

Certain areas of the Platforms — including private investor, banking-partner and client portals, and the careers vault — are restricted and accessed by invitation using one-time passcodes, access codes or credentials issued by us. You are responsible for keeping any credential confidential and for all activity under it. Credentials are personal to you (or to the institution to which they were issued), may not be shared or transferred, and may be revoked by us at any time. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. Materials accessed in private areas are confidential and may not be copied, forwarded or disclosed without our written consent.

8. Digital Tools and Artificial Intelligence

OptimizerAI, the Money Protects App and MONIDR (chat and voice) are provided "as is" as decision-support tools. Outputs are indicative, depend on the accuracy of the information you provide and on built-in assumptions, and are not advice, a suitability assessment, an offer or a term sheet. MONIDR agents are artificial intelligence; you will be informed when you are interacting with an AI system, and interactions may be recorded and transcribed as described in our Privacy Policy. Outputs are licensed to you for your own internal evaluation only and remain our intellectual property. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any tool at any time without notice.

9. Information and Material You Submit

You warrant that any information you submit — in enquiry forms, tool inputs, consultations, chats, portal uploads or job applications — is accurate, complete, lawfully provided and does not infringe third-party rights. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, reproduce and adapt submitted material for the purpose for which it was submitted and to improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy. Unsolicited ideas or proposals are received on a non-confidential basis.

Careers. CVs are accepted only through the careers form. We do not accept CVs by email or through other channels. To withdraw an application, email [email protected] quoting your reference; that mailbox is used solely for removal requests.

10. Consultations

Complimentary consultations booked through the Platforms are provided for information and to determine whether we can assist you. They do not constitute advice, create a client relationship or oblige either party to proceed. Consultations may be held by video conference using third-party providers, may be recorded with notice, and are subject to rescheduling or cancellation by either party. Any information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platforms may contain links to, or integrate, third-party websites, applications and services (including video hosting, conferencing, messaging and payment providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Links do not imply endorsement.

12. Privacy and Cookies

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies, and your consent choices, are described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are placed only with your consent.

13. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Platforms available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Platforms or Content, and may revise these Terms, at any time. Revised Terms take effect when published on this page with a new effective date; your continued use constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platforms and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and freedom from viruses or other harmful components. The regulatory disclosures and risk warnings in our Disclaimer apply to all Content.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPCL, its group entities and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or any loss arising from reliance on Content or tool outputs, use of or inability to use the Platforms, unauthorised access to your data, or the acts of third parties. Our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Platforms shall not exceed AED 1,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under DFSA Rules or applicable law, nor does it affect any duty owed to you under a Client Agreement.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MPCL, its group entities and their directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platforms or Content, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Platforms, including any private portal, at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or where required by a regulator. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, 15, 16 and 18) will do so.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Platforms, are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. The DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to our right to seek injunctive or other relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

19. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Platforms or our service, contact [email protected]. MPCL maintains a complaints-handling procedure in accordance with DFSA Rules. If you remain dissatisfied you may refer the matter to the Dubai Financial Services Authority.

20. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Platforms.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations. We may assign ours to a group entity or successor.
• Electronic form. These Terms and any notice given electronically are valid and admissible to the same extent as printed documents.
• Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience; the English version prevails.
